The Manydown Rural Estate is committed to farming and forestry for the long-term, however, we continue to explore new opportunities to diversify our operations. We aim to meet the needs of the local population and the environment, whilst ensuring the Estate remains financially viable and relevant to its communities.
Manor Farm
We are working on proposals to create four traditionally-styled family homes at Manor Farm in Wootton St Lawrence.
Our proposals include relocating the farm workshop and the florist
As part of our plans, we will create a new drive for lorries and other vehicles to access Manor Farm from Ibworth Lane.
Parking spaces and garages will be to the rear of the new properties. The iconic red phone box will remain in its current position.

Whitedown Farm
Our project at Whitedown Farm involves the conversion of a redundant building and the creation of a new traditionally-styled building.
This will provide modern, rural office-space for up to seven businesses, whilst retaining the character of the original buildings.
Construction is underway and we hope to complete the project by the end of the year.
