Available early 2025 – office spaces at Whitedown

Rural office space that combines convenient modern facilities in a characterful setting just two miles from the thriving town of Basingstoke will be available at the start of 2025.

The Manydown Rural Estate is working on a farmstead development in the hamlet of Whitedown, near Wootton St Lawrence, in the beautiful North Wessex Downs National Landscape (formerly AONB)

A range of options are available to tenants with the offices set in two units with ample free parking. Unit 1 is a converted stable block with a sympathetic brick and timber clad extension and Unit 2 a newly constructed building in the local vernacular style.

The offices are heated via air source heat pumps with underfloor heating on the ground floor. Unit 1 also has radiators on the first floor. The buildings are insulated to the high standard necessary to meet current building control requirements (EPC available on completion).

The eight offices, which range in size from 21 sq m to 77 sq m, can be let in configurations to suit the requirements of prospective tenants.

Fibre Optic cabling is being run to Whitedown for this development and will ensure ultra-fast Broadband is available to all offices.

Unit 1 has an entrance lobby, with toilets, including disabled facilities, and a shower. There are six offices, five with kitchenettes.

Unit 2 has a reception area with toilets, including disabled facilities, and a shower. There are two offices, each with a kitchenette and open vaulted ceilings.
