Manor Farm homes exhibition

Directors of the Manydown Rural Estate held a drop-in exhibition this week (Thursday July 25) to explain the proposals to build four family homes at Manor Farm, Wootton St Lawrence.

Local residents and councillors were given the opportunity to ask questions about the development.

The Manydown Rural Estate also took this opportunity to update the community on other projects and the aims for the future of the Estate including:

  • A new name, logo and website

  • Refurbishment of buildings at Whitedown Farm

  • New Cobbs Farm Shop at Woodgarston Farm

  • The Vineyard

  • Development of the farm tracks network and a new access into Manor Farm  removing agricultural traffic from the rural roads
